Welcome to our cottage on a private cape by Lofssjön, centrally located in Lofsdalen. The cottage has an older, timber-framed section and a newly built section. The cottage is idyllic, with its lakeside location and views of the mountains, and not least the half-timbered wooden roof, which gives it the feel of a Viking roof. Inside, you will find everything you need, just like in a modern cottage. The newly built section was constructed in 2021 with a new kitchen, bathroom, sauna, hall, and loft, while the older, preserved section has two bedrooms and a living room. During the summer, you can borrow our cabin in Lofssjön.

Within a five-minute walk, you will find the trail centre, which offers 60 km of cross-country trails. In the summer, you've got nature right at your doorstep, with plenty of wonderful hiking and cycling trails! 5 min walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, bowling and ski shop at Storhogna M. 15 min walking distance to Storhogna mountain hotel with luxury spa and two restaurants.

Charging box from Zaptec at 11 kW, price per KwH according to agreement. Type 2 cable is available.

Welcome to our newly-built vacation home in scenic Vemdalskalet! With proximity to the ski slope and a stone's throw from cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and snowshoe trails. The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. The balcony is partly covered and is equipped with furniture & barbecue.

I Linsell finns bra fiskevatten och underbar natur alldeles runt knuten, samt att byn ligger mitt emellan två stora skidanläggningar i Lofsdalen och Vemdalen/Björnrike.

Scenic and idyllic location in a forest glade where you can hear the Ljusnan river rushing further away. 5-minute walk to one of Sweden's best trout fishing, a little further away, Rånden runs, one of Sweden's best trout waters. To the ski resorts Vemdalen, Björnrike and Lofsdalen, it takes just over 30 minutes by car to go. The area is also popular for snowmobiling. Here you live close to nature with access to a wide range of outdoor activities all year round.
