Hello everyone, my husband Michael and I (Astrid) are renting out a super equipped, modern, cozy apartment in a great location! The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home. We ourselves live on the first floor and upper floor. Our tenants have the advantage that we are very easy to reach live & yet attach great importance to your privacy! It's important to us that you feel comfortable. The pet fee is 20.00 euros per pet. Recently, we have been offering pictures by a young artist in the apartment. Everything that hangs or stands can be bought. Free welcome drinks as well as coffee, sugar, condensed milk are available free of charge. We have set up a small corner where you can also buy drinks at cost price. This saves you a trip to the supermarket.

Accessible apartment at the Botanical Garden

Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The 70sqm apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with 2 comfortable sofa beds, a dining room, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and a separate toilet. Distance to the A66 motorway and Gelnhausen train station 3 minutes. From there you can reach Frankfurt am Main/airport, Offenbach, Hanau, Fulda in a short time. The city center and the historic old town of Gelnhausen, with numerous shops and all well-known supermarkets, are 3 kilometers away.

Very nice apartment with private holiday pony just for you and your children on our beautiful little farm with ponies, horses, rabbits and chickens. You and your family can enjoy a few nice relaxing days with us and immerse yourself in the “Spessart Forest” biosphere reserve. Our farm is quietly located and yet centrally located in the Biebertal. In a few minutes' drive you can reach excursion destinations, restaurants, cafes, cinema, thermal baths, etc.

In the studio you will find everything you need; a large comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, etc., a bathroom with a bathtub and shower cabin, a dining table and a small seating area. A great distant view from the windows in the bedroom. A covered outdoor seat in the garden can also be used. 1.5 km away is Schöllkrippen with all the shopping opportunities.

Sunny apartment, Schlosspark, Wächtersbach

We rent a beautiful 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the city centre of Waechtersbach. The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the greenery. The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The train connection is excellent (every 30 minutes to Frankfurt). Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Motorcyclists welcome, landlords drive themselves. Pets on request. The 43 sqm apartment has a large living area with an open kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a separate bedroom. A small terrace with privacy and direct access to the apartment gives the apartment a special flair. The fold-out "living area" can make room for 1-2 more people.

Small 2-room apartment

In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 bedroom apartment for 1-2 persons. Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and therefore also connected to visiting surrounding attractions. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hikers will find numerous hiking trails.

Modern furnished apartment

Centrally located - you will find a bakery and café, REWE, Netto and much more in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is about 100 m away. Whether you want to spend a few relaxing days, are traveling for work, attending an event or looking for practical accommodation as a fitter – you are welcome here all year round. The apartment is not barrier-free, but offers a pleasant retreat with its furnishings and cozy ambience.
