What a great place to spend the night, spacious home, lovely garden. Good beds and quiet environment. Only the car can't be parked at the property.

Isabella is a great host, super responsive & easy to communicate with. I needed a place to stay for the (half) marathon weekend, and even though Isabella's apartment is on the fifth floor, walking up and down the stairs wasn't that bad at all. Her place is as described and I would come back again in the future!

The apartment is well located. Supermarket is just a few minutes walk and generally it is not far to other shops. The only negative point is that you can hear the trains at night when the window is open, but they are quite quiet.

The apartment was very tasteful, new and modern furnishings. Everything was clean. Communication was smooth. The location of the place is perfect and central. Everything is great!!!

I needed a place to stay late at night at short notice and have become aware of Erwin's farm. The booking worked out super quickly and minutes later everything was sorted. Unfortunately, I was unable to explore the great quiet surroundings because eggs were available early in the morning. I had a very restful night and immediately felt comfortable

Hi Anita The My stay was excellent! The location of the apartment is perfect – a supermarket is very close which makes everything very convenient. The internet is very fast and stable, ideal for anyone who wants to work or just stay connected. I especially appreciated the tranquility of the neighborhood, which creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. In addition, the connection to the center and other places is excellent, even without a car you can easily get around. I also want to highlight Anita's impeccable service, which was just great from the first contact! She was always helpful and always there when needed. Hoping to return soon, and wish Anita all the best and good luck!

Amazing time at the great place that looked so cool, like every piece of furniture has its own story. Beautiful fireplace and the turn in dinning table into a pool table. We enjoyed pool games and we had a beautiful time at all. Location was also perfect for us as our staying in Linz was connected to a Linz Hafen. A big thank you to Wolfgang who is a great host, very cool, easy going and helpful! If our paths cross towards Linz again, this will again be our place

We had a great weekend at Villa Traunseeblick. Herta, our host, graciously accepted our last minute booking. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything you needed and had an amazing outdoor space to relax and enjoy views of the lake. It was very comfortable and just what we needed. The apartment is within walking distance to trails, the lake, town and the cable car. We had a wonderful time! Thanks Herta

We were received very nicely and accommodatingly and found many small surprises (e.g. in the fridge and in the fruit bowl). We found everything very lovingly prepared and you could feel very comfortable and relax in the beautiful apartment. It was a very nice stay

Our three week long stay at Josefine's was very comfortable with everything in the apartment that we needed. As I was travelling with my daughter we wanted somewhere with 2 bedrooms and this apartment was hands down a great deal compared to other two bedroomed accommodation in Linz. Josefine is a very obliging host and goes out of her way to be helpful. Thank you Josefine 😃
