This is a 65m2 Apartment & it is perfect for 2-4 people. On request also a pull-out couch You can park behind the House. The Check in is flexible and we try to answer quick. The owner lives in the same complex which is a former farmer house with several flats. She is a mother of three, sixty years old & nice to chat in german. All amenities, including Bus, trains, bakery, restaurants, supermarket, a few minutes walk. To Linz city center you need about 10-20 min(🚌🚅🚘)

Central, cozy 35m² apartment near the music theater with balcony. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away. Very close to bus stop. 2 parking garages and public parking are close. Free parking is also within walking distance. Cafes, restaurants, shopping - everything there. Apartment overlooks the train station and is located on a main road. With the window closed, it is quiet. Elevator for two people, washer/dryer in the house for a fee.

Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

The apartment is on the 5th floor, which is accessible via an elevator and extends over the entire attic (85 sqm) + 2 separately accessible balconies (partly covered).
