Calm and relaxing place - simply enjoy the scenery and the fantastic sight of Chora, the port and the sea. Beatrice is a very helpful and responsive host.

The best house we have ever stayed. Most practical layout ever, most spacious common living areas inside and outside, most comfortable beds ever and best equipped with games, books and more stuff than usually. Highlight not only the quality air conditioning units in every room but the ceiling fans which are more pleasant during night sleep. Perfect location allowing both beach and evening venues easy access. Kostas Place is not just an island house… it is the home that anyone would like to have for the summer !!!

This is a wonderful place and a perfect frame for a nice holiday! Ninetta and her husband were very helpful and introduced us to the gems of Serifos. The house was incredibly clean, well decorated and nice located close to the sea and two tavernas. The large terrace with a great view and a summer kitchen became the focal point of our holiday. We give our best recommendation for this fantastic place.

Truly incredible experience! One of a kind host!!!! I had a really amazing experience at this beautiful villa by the sea on the stunning island of Serifos. I was blown away by the serene atmosphere and breathtaking beauty of the property. The villa is situated only a few meters from the beach and crystal-clear waters, which made every sunrise and sunset a magical experience. The villa is spotless, with every detail thoughtfully curated to provide comfort and relaxation. The space is elegantly designed and equipped with all you need for a relaxing getaway. It truly felt very warm and cozy. Phyllis, the host is simply amazing! From the warm welcome to the personalized support throughout my stay and the attention to my requests, she made the experience even more special! She was always available to answer my questions and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality is second to none, a true example of the Greek spirit. She made me feel truly valued!

It’s a beautiful and well designed house allocated right in front of Psili Amomos beach ( they have the one of the best food tavern there). And the view from the house is insane. 10 mins easy drive to the port. And 9 mins/ 21 mins ( depends the route u choose) drive to the Chora. The host is super nice and helpful. We almost didn’t want to check out in the end :)

What a gem! Nice harbor views, convenient to the ferry and restaurants. Just enough room to spread out and settle in for a longer stay; washing machine was handy! Nice porch to watch the sunset over the water. Mike was an amazing host! Very quick to respond and took great care of us.
