Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Sunny apartment close to downtown with a terrace in a quiet and preferred residential area with free parking. The newly renovated holiday apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably with two rooms with posibility to sleep. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen. Suitable for vacation, hikers, visitor accommodation, seminar participants, fitters and craftsmen. Work is also possible: Fast Internet with LAN/WLAN, posibility to print. Welcome!

Central apartment with pool & sauna at the spa park

The 54 m² centrally located apartment is cozy and rustic and has a large south-facing balcony, two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi and an underground parking space (both free of charge). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo - e.g. Aldi pads), fridge and much more. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer are provided. There is also a free shared pool and sauna (€1 per 20 min.).

An incomparable retreat surrounded by forest, meadows and fields. Where deer walk through gardens and birds knock on your window. Enjoy the simplicity of being on a farm from 1429. The Kalletal will delight you with its nature. The old Hanseatic city of Lemgo is only 10 minutes away by car. Countless hiking trails and a tarred bike path start directly from the farm. So nothing stands in the way of your discovery tour to beautiful Lipperland.

Apartment in the countryside

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Rustic realm in the countryside

Our place is in the middle of nature, but tourist destinations are within easy reach by car. You'll love my place because of the location, the people, and the wonderful outdoor space, because you can breathe here. Arrival and departure are possible at any time by arrangement. E-cars can be charged at the wall box for a fee (€0.40/kW). Two of the four beds are in front of the entrance to the main apartment, NOT completely inside.

Quiet & bright stay in the center

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The historic city center is very close and can be explored directly on foot. The Wall, the retail park and Mittelstraße are about 200 m away. The EauLe (swimming pool & sauna) is also less than 700 meters away. Free parking is available as well as a private entrance to the apartment and access to the garden and terrace. Unfortunately no pets are allowed (allergy).

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
