Villa vacation rentals in Litchfield by the Sea

Great place. It fit our family very well and was very comfortable. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Wir hatten zu fünft eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Haus bot genug Platz für uns alle und es war schön eingerichtet. Im Resort war alles fußläufig zu erreichen oder nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gegenüber vom Resort. Der Strand war ein Traum und wir haben die Tennisplätze gerne genutzt. Ein gelungener Urlaub!

We had a great stay! Some of our family was sick during our stay and she was able to help us out more than she knows. Heather’s home felt like our home away from home. We will be back for sure! It’s our new favorite beach getaway! We did not want to leave.

Beautiful location and packed with amenities. Walkable to the beach and just a quick car ride to dozens of restaurants and shops. Super clean space. Would definitely return.

Another amazing stay at Sandy Nest! This is a clean, comfortable home with plenty of space and all the amenities we could ask for. Our host Colleen could not have been more helpful. She directed us to the best local foodie hotspots and we never felt like we were bothering her with our questions. This is our second stay there and we would not hesitate to come back again! This place was the perfect weekend getaway for us and our 1 year old. Everything was exactly as described and better! The only recommendation is a gate for the top of the stairs since majority of the house is located upstairs, as my little one is on the move. We had to be extra careful being in the living room/kitchen. We always bring a baby gate with us but due to the molding/trim it wouldn’t work. Other than that the place was perfect!

Margaret was always there when we needed her or had a question about something. Unfortunately, our vacation was cut short by tropical storm Debby. Margaret was there again to answer any questions or concerns we had about the storm. We loved her property and are looking forward to returning minus the hurricane/tropical storm. I would strongly recommend Margaret’s property for a family or 2-3 couples looking to get away, can’t wait to come back!

Great place to take a family. Shuttle runs hourly to take you to the beach. The resort staff are friendly have lots of activities. The beach is beautiful and not over crowded.
