Checking-in is very easy with door codes to get in and out of the building! There’s a parking lot adjacent to the building at 20-25$/day.

The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.
