Newly built modern space converted from what was formally an old car garage and adjoining shed. We’re located in the heart of little Italy, near to many great spots! Less than a five minute walk to Jean Talon market! Urban yet quiet and private. A perfect haven! Our spot exists in the midst of bustling Little Italy. Near to many great spots! Coffee shops, cafes's, restaurants, churches, the fresh produce and atmosphere of marche Jean Talon are all at your door-step. Get a coffee, buy fresh pasta, and other gourmet food, come back to your own home to prepare a delicious meal. Our modern, 2 level Tiny-House/cottage, was formally an old car garage and adjoining shed. The new converted space offers an open atelier-like space, set back off the street. A perfect urban haven! What this space offers: ~Sleeping loft with a double size bed, accessed by stairs (good mobility is a must!) ~A lounge area with a couch ~Kitchenette opening to a 20'ft ceiling loft filled with natural light. The kitchenette area is equipped with a large sink, small fridge/freezer, full stove/oven, stovetop coffee maker and tea pot & kettle setup, as well as a collection of dishes for 2-3. ~Closet for storage, equipped with iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. ~Heated floor on the ground level with an additional baseboard heater in the loft. ~Private bathroom. Dreamy rain-head shower - with your own hot water heater ! Toilet and small sink. >> Pets are ok, as long as they are approved by us before the stay, we charge a $25 fee/night as if they were a person. You can add them in as extra people or we can send you an alteration to your reservation, so it all goes through airbnb. Just message us and tell me about them and we can figure out the best route to take. Mobility, the bedroom loft is accessed by steep stairs. Being comfortable with steep stairs is a must. The Tiny-House/cottage connects to a large cedar terrace - this space is shared with another unit but is your to enjoy should you wish. We want you to have the perfect stay! We are available to give tips and directions upon request otherwise we won't bother you ! The house is in the heart of Little Italy, steps away from lively bars, restaurants, and pizzerias, as well as landmarks and museums. Boutique shops, grocery stores, and the Marché Jean-Talon are all within walking distance. We are nested between Jean Talon and Beaubien stations (blue and orange line). On our West-side, we're on the 55 bus-line, which travels along famous Saint Laurent Boulevard, taking you directly through the Mile-End, past the historic "Main", then to China Town, ending in the heart of the Old Port before looping backup.On our the East side we are on the Saint Denis night bus route - with 24hr night service. This now modern, 2 level Tiny-House/cottage, was formally an old car garage and adjoining shed. Roomy, Designer Apartment near Sherbrooke Metro Station

Our apartment is located on the second floor and has the unique outdoor stairs that make Montreal's architecture so special. Both Master bedroom and second bedroom are bright well decorated and fully equipped (wardrobe, full length mirror, etc.) It is also very quiet, be it night or day. The living room and the kitchen is a big open space where you can chill out, work or relax according to your mood. It is very well furnished with cozy couch, beautiful wooden table and high brick walls. You will be able to access the entire apartment throughout your stay. Feel free to text, call or email us if you need help before and throughout your stay. We will try our best to answer your enquires. The home is located on a beautiful street lined with well-preserved Victorian houses in the heart of Montreal. Enjoy access to Park La Fontaine on one end and Saint-Denis street on the other, as well as Saint-Laurent and the Old Port. In case you don't feel like walking, Sherbrooke metro station is just behind the apartment and it's also a big hub for buses. You can catch number 24 (Est - West), number 30 (North - South), number 144 (Est - West), number 356 (Est - West), number 360 (Est - West), number 361 (North - South). For those who drives, we have free parking with LIMITED spots (FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis) right in front of our place. Otherwise there are public parking spaces all around our block, a private parking across the street and also there is indoor parking in the hospitality school/ hotel which provides 24hours parking right behind our apartment (beside the metro Sherbrooke). Alternatively and if the weather allows it, there are Bixi stations in front of our place and across the whole of Montreal for you to enjoy the outdoor scenery to the fullest at an affordable price. We are fully furnished and we also provide basic necessities for eg. Shampoo, shower gel, towels, hangers, cooking tools, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove and coffee machine. Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided. For visitors with infants or children, we will provide a jigsaw rubber mat and a playing tent for them to enjoy in a safe environment. There are also WIFI and Apple TV for your own leisure. Let us know in advance if you need any help and we will try our best to do whatever we can under reasonable circumstances.

Chez Ping / A sunny and comfortable place to stay!

My place is in a good location that is 3 minutes away from the Joliette Metro Station, then you are just a few stations to Downtown, Old Montreal and the Festival Place. It is close to the Olympic Stadium and the Botanical Garden. You’ll love my place because it is very bright, clean and airy. It is very quiet, it has private parking on the property if needed. The appartement is sunny and ideally situated in the handsome area of Petite-Patrie, 10 minutes walk from the market Jean-Talon and all services (grocery store, underground orange and blue line). The area has also a lot of restaurants, little cafes and bars and a cycle path and BIXI station round the corner. Note that it is on the 3rd floor so you have one flight of stairs outside and one inside. Also, there is no private parking available but you generally can park easily on our street.

Completely renovated studio with independent entrance on the 2nd floor of a duplex in the Rosemont La Petite Patrie district. Balcony terrace furnished in summer with a small table and two chairs. Very bright and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. A 7-minute walk from Beaubien subway, ideally located to discover the little gems of Montreal and its surroundings on foot or by bike.
