It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

Plus, it’s within walking distance of the refinery—a great fishing or hunting retreat!

You’ll love my place because of the tranquility and farmhouse comfort.. My place is good for couples, families, big groups, and furry friends. ***During the months of June, July and August, it is hot in South Texas. With temperatures over 100 degrees and heat index higher. The air conditioning system will cool to 70 at night but may not keep up during the day with temperatures in the 80s. Do not book or ask to book if this is an issue for you.***
