Vacation rentals with a patio in Livet-et-Gavet

Sarah, Lois and their little mermaid are wonderful, very attentive, warm, available with exemplary living skills. What a pleasure to meet such beautiful virtuous people on many points and who deeply moved me. A big thank you for everything and I hope to meet similar hosts in my future stays. Beautiful home, very clean and decorated with great taste. The entire property is well thought out, the layout makes it a spacious and bright space. Only very small downside: the kitchen equipment with utensils may be a little fair (but enough for a short trip). On the other hand, the quality is at the rendezvous in all the rooms (bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms). We did not take advantage of the outside which still seemed well thought out to us.

We had a nice stay at the accommodation, the setting is very nice and Nadine and her husband were very welcoming and available to answer our questions!

Our hosts were very welcoming and gave us some great tips on walks to do in the area. The accommodation is impeccable and well-equipped. We would highly recommend it.

Juliette and Logan gave us clear and detailed instructions, which made our arrival and stay easier. They were also very available and responsive. Large, very clean and well-equipped accommodation. The instructions are very clear, and the listing is as described. The view of the mountains is beautiful and the scientific polygon (CEA, Schneider Electrics, Corys) is effectively close, but by car. Indeed, the accommodation is in a bend in a winding climb, and a car is in my opinion essential, even to go to the nearest shops. Being in this home for work, I don't have an opinion on hiking trails, but given the steep environment, they must be for experienced hikers. Excellent experience in the professional setting (the Fiber network works well, it's worth noting), I recommend for professionals who need to go to the scientific polygon.

Beautiful, clean, big space. Easy to walk around the town and close to skiing areas. We stayed here to visit a friend in town and it was perfect for our group of 4 and a baby!

The house is very spacious and cozy. It's very well equipped and perfectly located (a bit less than 20min from Grenoble city Centre, less than 1h to great ski slopes). Supermarkets, shops and few restaurants nearby

Great value for the price Virginia was an extremely welcoming, friendly and professional host. The instructions were clear, the place clean and nice. Really 15-17 minutes from the slopes. Lots of amenities; washing machine, 2 wc, a large TV and a coffee machine. The house is full of life! Virginia was extremely responsive to our questions.

A lovely apartment, perfect for skiing; slope side access, close to lifts & ski school drop off & separate boot room. Village is small but has everything you need in easy reach. We had a great week & would go back. Approachable & helpful concierge & host.

Perfect residence and location. Be careful though, this is a furnished rental in a tourist residence, it may be missing some basic items to bring (sponge, dish soap, shower gel, etc.). Despite this, the place, the welcome, the amenities, everything was compliant and impeccable.

Superb apartment, very clean and bright. It feels good, it's not cramped, there are games for the kids and a nice space outside. Everything was perfect for us!
