Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. Each balcony has an open dining table and there is a large fireplace with lounge set next to the pool.

This is a mobile house located approximately 50m from the beautiful sandy beach. It's ideal for families with children. We're located 15km from the city of Zadar. If you don't like sandy beaches, we have a fine one just 5 minutes away from our location. Right in front of the home is a perfect sandy beach for small children, and the best thing is that its safe! My family has a restaurant in which you can grab a coffee to go or you can sit down and eat delicious food while looking at the sea.
