It sits directly across from the Horseshoe Bay Resort and it's just a couple of steps to the pool, lake, or the resort! There is a great open concept and back patio for hanging out. It has a pool/hot tub to enjoy the beautiful evenings. There are also multiple docks on the water to sit and fish or just enjoy the beauty of HSB with your wine, cocktail, beer, or coffee. This bottom floor unit has easy access to the community pool, lake & BBQ area. Boat day docks available (no over night docking). Fully equipped kitchen, wash room & wifi. A short drive to Marble Falls & about an hour trip to Fredericksburg, Austin & San Antonio. Wonderful for a family or group of friends! Come enjoy the lake and relax!

This central Texas, hidden gem is the perfect spot for an affordable family getaway or romantic weekend. Deer-watch and star-gaze from our large balconey. Relax or play on our sand beach. Build your best sandcastle! Beautifully serene in our off seasons, which is my personal favorite time to be there but we love it when it's busy too! Roast s'mores in the firepit, play volleyball, fish off the dock...really great cove for kayaking! Or just use as a launch pad for Hill Country exursions.

Beautifully furnished split level condo in the heart of Horseshoe Bay! This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo sleeps 8 and is the perfect hill country getaway for families or couples! Relax on the deck and enjoy stunning Hill Country Sunsets and the beautiful nature. We have outdoor dining areas with pellet grill for cooking! We also have a wine refrigerator to keep the bottles at peak temperature. Also access to the community swimming pool (Seasonal) and excellent hill country hiking. -
