Fantastic apartment and great view. Very comfortable and spotless cleaning. We were in a couple and two small children and the space was very good providing comfort for all. Spend the late afternoon drinking wine on the balcony and looking at the lake will be one of the great things you will do in this apartment. Indico very much and I am sure that whoever comes would be very pleased.

The apartment is very conveniently located, close to the beach access, restaurants and stores. In addition to being super comfortable, it has good mattresses, which is appreciated.

Maria Eliana's apartment is just like the pictures. Super comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake and volcano. We could see a beautiful sunrise from the window. It is super comfortable because the parking lot is covered and the entrance to the depto is by elevator which makes it very convenient if you are with a lot of luggage. It has a 24 o'clock reception with very friendly people. María Eliana is always attentive to needs, she allowed us to check out a little later what we came great to see Puerto Varas clear since we had touched 2 days of rain. We loved the depto, although it's not super close to downtown it's lakefront in an area of many restaurants and the hike downtown is beautiful! Thank you very much for everything We recommend it and hope to come back soon!

Apartment is in a good location, meters from the coast, food track-minimarket and nearby restaurants. We had pleasant days in the apartment, very happy with everything. Grateful to host.

I highlight the good communication with the host, always answering super fast. The beautiful apartment, warm, comfortable and spacious. The building has amenities and we were able to do our laundry. That adds up a lot. The area is a little far from downtown but a few meters away there is public transport and there are several very good restaurants in the area. But an uber goes up about 4000 pesos to the center. I would recommend and would come back.

The apartment is beautiful, very nice, with an exquisite smell like wood and flowers. Aicha is very friendly and familiar, her husband makes some exquisite liqueurs, the room has a small terrace that you can go out and take the air. Crossing the street there is a belle space to walk and breathe fresh air, relax and think " Monte Calvario" The bed, pillows, and sheets were a delight. 100% recommended. I would 😃 definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Depto, very well cared for and located in a strategic area within walking distance of everything. I only had one small inconvenience with a guest (who I didn't register by mistake) but it was quickly fixed.

I had a great stay. The apartment is in excellent condition, very comfortable, well equipped and with impeccable cleanliness (10/10). The beds are very comfortable and the building is quiet, ideal for resting. The environment is very nice and quiet; although it is not in the middle of downtown, it is accessible by vehicle and has good access to order delivery or transportation by apps. Includes parking, which was a great plus. The host was very nice and always available to help during the stay. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

There are not enough words to say how much Cata helped us with her beautiful home. We had a slight problem the first time with internet and her kind and EXTREMELY amazing person who was cleaning helped us out immediately. Cata showed up and it was instant friendship! Not only is it comfortable, the view was perfect, the local markets were a short distance as were the GREAT restaurants! I felt so incredibly safe with their security system and the staff at the condo was AMAZING in the building! I would give Cata 10 stars if that were available!!! Both my husband and I were so comfortable there we truly want to move there! Thank you Cata for your lovely home, your lovely kindness and your lovely help!

Well located apartment; with many details that make you feel welcome; modern, small but well used terrace, quality furniture in general. The shower and water is 7.0. Sheets and warm and clean linens. Impeccable towels, kitchen cloth, heater that you require to take only a while; and a long etcetera. We stayed one night, and it was fully compliant with the listing and features. Thank you so much.

Very nice apartment, very comfortable, has the space very well distributed, it is close to the waterfront, allowing an out of town to the main attractions expeditiously. It has a lot of security, in addition to the pool and jacuzzi at no extra cost is perfect.
