The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We really liked the cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is great, we were able to see the main points of the city on foot. We were very pleased with our stay, we felt at home.

The house on the shore of Lake Rupanco turned out to be a beauty, as shown in the photos, or even better. It is ideal for going to several families or with friends. The environment is wonderful and you really enjoy the proximity to the lake and the contact with nature, we were able to walk by kayak and hike to the hot springs that are unmissable. The equipment is optimal, both in the kitchen and everything in white. Chapter aside for the hosts who helped us with everything and more, both before and after we arrived, so that we had an unforgettable stay. More than recommended this place, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment, very conveniently located, close to two supermarkets and the center of Pto. Varas. Everything was very clean and organized. Marcela is very kind, and was willing to move the check-in time for our comfort. It is a fair and ideal space for 2-3 people; I would definitely come back and totally recommended!!

The apartment is large and comfortable, with all amenities needed to spend a season. It has some wear and tear due to humidity, but nothing that hinders the comfortable and safe stay. It has parking and the checkin is done quickly and flexibly. Daiany was super attentive and kind throughout the reservation and stay process. Gave suggestions and answered us promptly, whenever we need it. Ah, the location of the apartment is phenomenal, and if you're lucky enough to catch clean days, you'll have incredible views of the lake and volcanoes.

The apartment is beautiful! It is wider than what you see in the photos and there is a second bed. Everything was spotless and had everything we needed, in addition to being very nice decorated. The location is spectacular, the building is in front of the lake, next to several places to eat. Best of all, the temperate pool!! Can be used until late so we took advantage of it a lot. I highly recommend it, I would come back happily to Lorena when I come back to Puerto Varas.

We returned delighted! The environment is a beauty, it has an immense park with access to the lake and views of the volcano. You can tell the dedication, everything was clean. The location is perfect, close to the beautiful Frutillar, Puerto Octay and Puerto Varas, these places have a lot to offer and to see, and the place itself is quiet and safe.
