I highlight the good communication with the host, always answering super fast. The beautiful apartment, warm, comfortable and spacious. The building has amenities and we were able to do our laundry. That adds up a lot. The area is a little far from downtown but a few meters away there is public transport and there are several very good restaurants in the area. But an uber goes up about 4000 pesos to the center. I would recommend and would come back.

The apartment is well located....it has a garage which you request by message to the manager who opens and closes the door which is very good. comfortable apartment, comfortable , well stocked....we had a very nice stay

For my needs, everything was 10 points. The place is very comfortable and modern. A full bathroom in each room, very good water pressure and full kitchen. Good access to enter the apartment with elevator from the garage, although you have to walk a little but it is not a problem and the place in the garage is under the roof (something very important for loading and downloading the car since in the days we were always raining) Return without hesitation. Well located apartment; with many details that make you feel welcome; modern, small but well used terrace, quality furniture in general. The shower and water is 7.0. Sheets and warm and clean linens. Impeccable towels, kitchen cloth, heater that you require to take only a while; and a long etcetera. We stayed one night, and it was fully compliant with the listing and features. Thank you so much.

Rodrigo's house is beautiful, very welcoming, very quiet bario, zero noises, nothing is missing, super equipped, minutes from everything, gated garache, and everything indicated in the photos, Rodrigo responds in seconds, very friendly. The distances to Frutillar, Petrohue and surroundings are not felt with the beautiful landscapes , we really liked Puerto Octay .

First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and facilitate everything when arriving. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate you guiding us with some activities that we did in our stay. The surroundings of the apartment is very quiet and with beautiful views. In the vicinity there are very good restaurants. I would definitely be back next time.
