There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Together with 3 friends, I stayed in Sylvia's beautiful, cozy house. We had a really lovely time! The house has every comfort, clean, tidy and cozy. The beds are very good. We found the spacious, sunny garden with sunbeds to be a big advantage. It is also very nice that you walk into the village of San Miguel in no time; the supermarket, bakery and various cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and shopping center are easy to drive to. In addition, the apartment is well insulated, we were not bothered by noise from the neighbors or from the outside. The communication with Sylvia has also been very pleasant. We recommend this holiday home to everyone!

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

we had an excellent time, villa was exactly as it was described, very quiet and peaceful, everything was there that we needed, we stayed for 5 days and everywhere we went was within 10 minutes drive, I would highly recommend having a car, Antonio was there when we needed to contact him, but everything was correct from the start, so we didn't need to communicate much, will be definitely coming back again.

Totally recommended house, equipped with all comforts and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with a multitude of gardens to walk around and close to the beach of the minor sea. We will definitely repeat David - Larisa - Atreyu

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

We loved this home. We didn't need anything... BBQ on the terrace, very nice and with privacy. You can park on the street without problems. There is a very cute beach and very close. The apartment is very well equipped and Margarita was super friendly, communicative and flexible to meet our travel needs (2 couples). We will definitely be back here! 😃

My stay in Quesada, Spain was a truly wonderful experience. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Each room had a modern decor, and the pool was clean and refreshing — a perfect way to cool down on warm days. Quesada is a small but beautiful town. The local restaurants offer delicious Spanish food, and there are great options nearby for visiting the coast. The town is peaceful and safe, making it an ideal place to relax. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — whether you're looking for a quiet vacation or want to explore a bit of local culture, Quesada has something for everyone. And 10 out of 10 for the host.

I can warmly recommend the place. The apartment was clean and lovely rooftop. Even the cool air was not cold, the air source heat pump and radiator were a good addition. The car was always parked nearby. The area seemed very safe and peaceful. The pool is visible from the front door. Messages were always responded to quickly and kindly.

This is our second time to stay at the villa. Javier is very quick to communicate, and always very helpful and friendly. We appreciated the new washing machine and tv. The villa is perfectly located and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

If you travel with kids, don't hesitate, don't look further, just book. A very well maintained property, with a very large garden where children can enjoy a trampoline, pool, bunch of other tools and toys. Icing on the cake feeding the rabbit and chickens. Well positioned to go out and explore the coastal area or inland city like Murcia. Ginés is a great trustworthy host which also came up with a great set of recommendations throughout our stay for restaurants and markets.

We had a great stay , the apartment was as advertised. We thank our hosts for their kindness, availability, and quick response to our request. The little less is that the parking box in the basement is too narrow and it is very tricky to park in the box for modern cars, but there are plenty of parking spaces outside Luc and Patricia CAPTAIN,

We know MMGR well from previous stays, but it was 5 years ago. It is one nice, well cared for and safe place for big and small. If we had any questions, the host responded very quickly and things worked out in a nice way. A nice host in one nice and pleasant place.

Fab accommodation clean and easy to access, central location to lots of bars and restaurant 5 minutes walk to the beach and boulevard, friendly host and very helpful, would recommend staying here.

We loved the apartment and the area. It has a walk right on the beach when turning the building and 8 minitos walking to a small and nothing crowded beach. The pool is very good and the piso nos Encanto. Irina and her friend were very attentive. 100% recommended and a place we would go back to. Thank you for everything irina

It's an amazing place to hide from a big city and spend a couple of days surrounded by greenery. The house is actually better in real life than in the pictures. It's old, but it's quite comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. I was there with my wife and my son, so we didn't use the upper floor at all. Everything we needed was on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is amazing. Lots of trees and beautiful grass. There is a place for barbecues, which we used. I would say the only downside of this place is that it's quite noisy outside (dogs barking and some other animals screaming). The host is super-responsive and made sure we had a great check-in, stay, and check-out. We also got a better price despite coming on holiday. You have my 5 stars! Thank you, Mari Carmen!

Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.
