Heerlijk bijkomen in een rustige omgeving, dichtbij Hanzestad Zutphen. Het vrijstaande huisje ligt op het erf van een woonboerderij. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een ruime woonkamer met open keuken (keukeneiland) met afwasmachine, inductiekookplaat, koelkast en combimagnetron. Tevens bevindt zich op de begane grond een slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed en een ruime badkamer met inloopdouche, dubbele wastafel en toilet. Op de 1e verdieping is een vide (open verbinding) met een 2-persoonsbed.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

B&B Roes, peace in the countryside.

B&B Roes is nieuw gebouwd in 2021, vrijstaand met eigen ingang, terras aan voor- en achterzijde uitkijkend op een natuurgebied. Van alle gemakken voorzien: privé badkamer en ontbijtruimte met koelkast, koffie/theevoorziening en magnetron. Een uitgebreid ontbijt serveer ik voor €12,50 pp. Graag vooraf reserveren. Houd je van rust en luxe in een mooie groene omgeving? Dan is overnachten in onze B&B een heerlijke optie.  Plof tussen de kussens op de brede vensterbank, drankje erbij en geniet!

Onze Scandinavische modern-vintage hideaway ligt verscholen aan de bosrand. Open de schuifdeur en ontbijt met vogelgeluiden, dennengeur en eekhoorns om je heen. Grote glazen puien, Deense design meubels, een regendouche en een baristahoek zorgen voor luxe comfort midden in de natuur. Buiten geniet je van een douche of bad onder de dennen, relaxen in de hangmat en een vuurkorf onder de sterrenhemel. De Gorsselse Heide en de historische Hanzesteden Zutphen en Deventer liggen om de hoek.

Het Vogelhuisje is located in one of the quietest spots in the Bosrijk Ruighenrode nature park. In the open garden, you can almost always see squirrels and birds. Three of the four bedrooms, a bathroom (the shower is in the bathtub) and a separate toilet are on the ground floor. The luxurious upstairs bathroom has an infrared sauna and a shower/steam cabin. The cottage is child-friendly and spacious. Fine towels, bedding and many basic amenities are provided. The cottage is pet-free.

On a farmyard in the middle of the greenery is a charming wooden cottage with Het Bloemenhuisje. The French doors give access to a private terrace, from where you have a view of the beautiful scenery of the Achterhoek. Here, the deer walk through the backyard, you start a clog path walk from the cottage or cycle the 8 castles route. It is a place to relax, to step out of the world for a while. Give yourself a few days of doing nothing and do what you feel like doing.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a 1.80 wide bed with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old barn, located on the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is completely independent. The barn has been renovated while retaining original materials, trendy interior and amazing views of our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

Het Kleine Huuske

The Kleine Huuske is a small but complete cottage in our garden. You sleep in a cozy bedstee and wake up in the morning to birdsong. The cottage has a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction hob and a small oven for baking rolls in the morning, for example. There is free WiFi, and a TV with Chromecast so you can watch your own series. Outside, there is a terrace with two chairs, a table and possibly a fire pit.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy the green nature. Hidden in our farmyard, in the middle of the scenic landscape between de cities Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. You have an unobstructed view from the cottage and you can enjoy this unique place in the hot tub. Changeover days are mostly on monday and friday. We provide bed linen, towels and kitchen supplies. We rent the hot tub separately, ask for it when booking.
