Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can visit the neighboring houses for friends and family (4 adults). + 2 children & 2 adults. + dog).

This apartment for two offers everything for an undisturbed vacation. You can enter this modern apartment completely undisturbed via a separate entrance. In addition to a living area with TV, cozy couch and large dining table, a small kitchen with oven and much more awaits you. Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

BlueNote Loissin

BlueNote is 40 m from the sea. You can walk to the bench at any time with a coffee or a wine in your hand, which is directly on the small steep bank and lets your gaze widen: the Bodden looks different every day...and always beautiful. Loissin, with its unknown and very natural coast, is an insider tip, a hidden place. The house with garden is not visible and has a piano, fireplace and Wi-Fi. Change always on Fridays.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
