Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Picturesque house next to beach

Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

Brygghuset Hagestad, a former microbrewery in Österlen, offers a newly renovated guest house in boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 minutes walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik on Eklaholm & Reunion shop/café. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. The accommodation has a large landscaped garden, "Ola's garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.
