Sit back and 'Rest a While' on the balcony on a rainforest garden's edge, with tropical foliage within touching distance and secure your vehicle in the only garage onsite. Inside, retro cabinets offer classic advertising illustrations, with a wood-burning stove and breakfast provisions supplies to add to the homely feel. The Chalet is a fully self contained unit located in the main hub of Tamborine Mountain yet secluded in amongst a rainforest setting. It has a fully equipped kitchen to create your own meals or you have the option of heading out to Gallery Walk and choosing from a range of cafes or restaurants just a short stroll Rest a While Chalet is located at the back of Gallery Cafe, take the driveway to the right of the cafe and follow directions down to the rear of the property Access includes the Chalet and the lockup garage (remote control is located in chalet ) This is your private weekend and unless you need us we will not disturb you On check in you will be given a phone number to call should you require any assistance There is a booklet in the chalet with information including local emergency phone numbers and a range of brochures for you to help plan your time spent on the mountain From this chalet nestled in a peaceful rainforest garden, just steps away are the wineries, boutique craft shops, cafes, and restaurants of Mount Tamborine's famous Gallery Walk. Theme parks and the hub of the Gold Coast are only half an hour by car. There is limited public transport on Tamborine Mountain so you will require a vehicle to travel to different locations around the mountain but the chalet is located right in the Hub of shops/cafes/restaurants so there is plenty to see and do all within a very short walking distance If you require a taxi at anytime is is best to pre-book as there is only 1 taxi on the mountain Please note that cereals,a range of bread, bottled water, tea/coffee and milk will be provided for your stay

Our place is close to Goodna train station, shops, banks, ATM's, BBQ facilities overlooking Brisbane River and motorway access to Brisbane City, the Gold Coast and Toowoomba (gateway to the outback). Within 10min walk there is a public swimming pool, gym, sports field with athletics track, netball courts, baseball diamond and 5 mins away to Wolston Park Golf Course (with 100's of wild kangaroos:- true :) A 10 min stroll along the river brings you to the "Royal Mail", our local pub, built in 1840

Studio K - Rainforest Day Spa Retreat.

Mt Tamborine, waterfalls, wineries, views. NB: pictures of the Dayspa are to showcase the spa that operates as a seperate business here, additional cost to any air b n b bookings. Not suitable for children/infants as it’s located in a working Dayspa environment, though the studio still offers plenty of privacy. Your self contained studio has all you'd expect, king bed, coffee machine, Netflix, deck, full kitchen. Why not treat yourself to a massage , or private session in the spa room?

Situated half way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast just 7 mins from the M1. Sirromet Winery just 10 mins drive. Easy access to Moreton Bay and the Bay Islands. Forget your worries & take a break from the hussel & bussel. This studio guest suite is attached to the side of an occupied main house with own entrance, parking & is a private space for guests. Situated on an acre, you are surrounded by tall gum trees & the sound of wildlife. The property is gated & there are two resident dogs.
