Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

Built in 1910 as summer cottages, this is a small, charming, rustic and historic bungalow right in the heart of the hip Nye Beach district. The bungalow is steps from the bluff that overlooks the majestic Pacific Ocean! There are benches to watch the sunset and it's just a 5 minute walk to the beach access. Cozy cottage built in 1920s a stone's throw away from the ocean, renovated with modern amenities and decorated with antique furniture, the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. Enjoy soaking in the steamy hot tub in the garden. On cool nights you will be comfy with the down comforter and heat from the Franklin stove. Ocean views from living area and bedroom windows and beach access is nearby with some of Oregon's most pristine tide pools right in front of the cottage.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

The Bear Creek Lodge, Otis, Oregon

The Bear Creek Lodge is a two-story rustic log house with a basement that backs up to National Forest with a good road access. 3 miles from Highway 18 in the Oregon Coastal Range. Our log house is very private and relaxing nestled in the woods. Drift creek falls is nearby to have a nature hike. We enjoy hiking/biking in the forest by day and family dinners/bbq's on the wrap around deck. Take time to relax and get cozy by the fire to top off the day.
