Both cities can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car or about 40 minutes by public transport. The beautiful Wahner Heide Nature Reserve is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take wonderful hikes. Cologne Bonn Airport can also be reached just as quickly in about 15 minutes. Longer rentals are possible on request!

Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

In dieser geräumigen und besonderen Unterkunft wird sich die ganze Gruppe wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung hat 220qm und ist sehr offen und hell gestaltet. Ein sieben Meter langer Pool (nicht beheizt!) und der Whirlpool sind neben der Sauna ein Highlight! Die Bar und der große Fernseher, direkt über dem Pool, laden neben Erholung auch zu geselligem Beisammensein ein. In nur 100m Entfernung befindet sich ein großes Waldstück zum Spazieren und abschalten. Köln ist in ca. 25 Autominuten zu erreichen.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The separate entrance behind the house leads to the light-flooded terrace apartment. Ideal for commuters/trade fair visitors, about 25 minutes to Cologne Deutz (car). We recommend arriving by car, the bus runs twice an hour. The apartment is in the basement of a single-family house and can be reached via a separate entrance through the garage and a connected staircase. A small terrace invites you to relax.
