The owner of the property is very friendly and welcomes you very warmly upon arrival. The accommodation is very clean. The kitchen is functional and has all the amenities we want to find in a home. We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s place, the home and grounds are beautiful with plenty to do to relax; swim, sunbathe, table tennis, pool! The teens loved it! Great area too with famous chateaux and many cities nearby. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ and well maintained bedroom and living spaces Mark was a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely visit again, it’s become a family favourite.

We really enjoyed the calm and tranquility of the place, the proximity to Verneuil-sur-Avre (very pretty town with all amenities). Our host Thierry was very good advice for the walks in the area, and very responsive to our requests.

A house full of charm, convenient and very well-located. A magical garden. Lots of things to do in and around the house. You should know that it is a rustic accommodation, so with its beams (some are a little low, beware of the big ones!), its Chinese decorations, its large fireplace, its cracking stairs... we love or we hate, but it's for me what looks like the house of happiness, or families with or without children can have fun and find themselves without a headache. The hosts are welcoming and kind, valuable advice. Anyway, we'll be back!

Extended weekend with friends in Chantal's beautiful house which welcomed us very kindly. The house, quiet, bright, impeccable is very well equipped with games and kitchen utensils. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The exteriors are very nice. That was perfect!

Absolutely stunning location and accommodation! Loved every minute of our stay and felt totally spoilt being able to use the pool and relax in the gardens whenever we wanted. Extremely friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble. An excellent place to unwind. Highly recommended, we will be back!

We stayed with Julie, Simon and Carol for 2 weeks. We loved the location it is stunning, the area is very peaceful surrounded by fields full of sunflowers. Julie is a great host and made us feel very welcome and allowed us to do our own thing. The pool was amazing, the house was very comfortable and cosy and had everything you could possibly need. We took Monty our Springer Spaniel and he absolutely loved the location, he had so much space to roam free plus a close by watering hole to cool down in the heat, as well as enjoying the company of Julie’s two dogs, Martha and Nancy. The private garden with BBQ was great and we spent many nights watching the sunset across the fields. We wanted 2 weeks of complete relaxation and this is what we got. Supermarket is very local with lots to see and do all on your doorstep! A lovely holiday had by all! Monty definitely gave it the thumbs up! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay. The accommodation is very nice, clean, it's great for children because there is all the necessary equipment on site and you quickly feel at home. Excellent breakfast as a bonus. Thank you Geneviève for hosting us.

When I reached out to Albine, to give her an ETA, she messaged back soon. She was very welcoming, with clear instructions for entering the room and breakfast. Our room was a large comfortable space with good light, screened windows to let the clean country air into our room. We kept the windows open the entire stay to hear crickets, birds, thunder and rainstorm. Beautiful countryside estate with castle ruins on the property to explore. We didn't get a chance to use the pool area, but Albine had placed "pool towels" in our room, just in case. As a guest, you need to know, you are really in the country. The closest town that we frequented was Langeais and Villandry, with each having at least one chateau to visit and plenty of restaurants, chocolate shops, bakeries, and casual places to get a drink and a french style sandwich. This was a good base to do our daily exploring. Albine had many suggestions and knows the history of the area extremely well. Thank you Albine. Hope to visit soon!

We had a fantastic stay (with two families) in a beautiful and peaceful location. The kids loved the pool and garden and Benoit was a very helpful and friendly host who could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable!! Merci beacoup!!

Very cozy house, well decorated, all necessities are present. Super comfy rooms. Charming hosts. Perfect stay! The kids were delighted with the environment: animals, nature, a whole world to make up stories! To be done again!

This weekend in the countryside will leave us with a lovely memory. Sylvain's house is warm, well equipped, it feels good right away. Nothing is missing. We were able to enjoy foosball, and the possibility of making a good fireplace. The garden is spacious and not overlooked. Nearby businesses are very convenient. In short, a very nice time with the family. We'll be happy to go back.

Gite reserved for Easter Weekend, to bring our family together. This one was as described, and is perfect for 8 adults with children. We had a great time! We were 15 people (12 adults and 3 children). the place is nice, clean, and the beds comfortable. There is everything you need to cook and spend pleasant time, quiet. The large garden, movie theater and children's games are a real plus! The environment is really nice. in short, it was great! Thanks again for hosting us.
