Take a break and relax in this peaceful studio located in Mayenne, near Laval, 18 minutes by car from the train station. Access by Laval public transport possible. Ideal for exploring Mayenne with its nearby greenway (ideal for cycling). The accommodation is fully equipped and renovated. Common external entrance with that of the owner, common gate and courtyard but independent studio at the back of the house. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. Access to the jacuzzi upon request.

Peaceful studio - La Caminiere

Come and stay in this studio between Berry and Sologne. On one side you will enjoy the calm of nature, and the castles of the Loire. On the other side, come and experience the madness of the famous Beauval Zoo. We will be happy to host you with your 4-legged animals, provided you let us know. The cottage is 200 m from Cap Loire, 150 m from the tourist office and 1 km from the Fief des Cordeliers and the Delaunay estate.

In the heart of the Loire Valley and Sologne and their natural and cultural heritage, we offer a 23 m² studio (1 room) with kitchenette, very comfortable sofa bed, and bathroom area with large shower. It is located on enclosed land including private parking in the owners' courtyard but independent, close to the Loire and bike path near the accommodation.
