Vacation rentals in Lokka Reservoir

Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben unseren Aufenthalt im sehr grosszügigen und geräumigen Haus von Ville sehr genossen. Wir hatten noch nie eine besser ausgestattete Küche! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Haus liegt im Wald, 3.5 km vom Ort Pyhä entfernt. Aufgrund der Fotos sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass das Haus alleine im Wald liegt. Allerdings hat es mehrere Häuser in nächster Nähe, aber die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und der Zufahrtsweg ist kaum befahren. Die Langlaufloipe ist rund 400m entfernt. In und um Pyhä gibt es viele tolle Winteraktivitäten. Ville war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war immer für unsere Fragen erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Ein Hinweis für zukünftige Mieter: in der Grundausstattung heisst es, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche inkl. sind. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall und kann für EUR 30 pro Person gemietet werden. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

Jari's place was in a great location, well stocked for our stay, and very comfortable!

Our stay in Pyhä was incredible. We didn’t really know what to expect but had a wonderful time. The cabin is perfectly positioned, nestled in the forest just by the ski slopes and very walkable to everything you need. With the airbnb hosts advice on locations we also saw the northern lights on 3 out of 4 nights of our stay! The cabin had everything we needed, was always warm and so cozy!

We were here for the second time. It was wonderful again. Lotta, Jaana and Laura were helpful and responded quickly. If it were closer to our home, we would come every year. It's a magical place where you can relax and just enjoy the moment.

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt – sehr schön eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail, man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Alles war super sauber und ordentlich. Die Sauna und der Pool waren ein absolutes Highlight. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation mit Kristiina: Sie hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns mit vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung versorgt. Der Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm – absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Maria's place is exactly as seen in her photos. As the house faces the Inari river, it looks absolutely beautiful with the snow and my family and I were walking around the area. We stayed at her place in late march, so the river is still frozen so we could even walk on the frozen river! Her place is well equipped with everything you would have (and love to have) in a house. It was super cozy and lovely to stay here. Favorite part of the house was the kitchen and living room because of the view and the sun shining into the place. Maria was also very friendly, she dropped by the place to have a chat with us. Gave us local recommendations of places to visit. Do recommend staying at her place when you are in Ivalo!

Huoneisto oli erinomaisella paikalla. Ravintolat ja hiihtoreitit löytyivät ihan vierestä. Huoneisto oli siisti ja kivasti sisustettu. Virgine vastasi nopeasti viesteihin ja huolehti että kaikki sujui hyvin. Häneltä saimme hyviä vinkkejä aktiviteetteihin ja ravintoloihin.

Localisation : superbe endroit isolé près d'un lac. silence apaisant. Belle nature. Il faut être en voiture. Le logement est très cozy surtout le soir avec le type d'éclairage. Pour cuisiner, il y a un poêle à bois ancien avec plaque en fonte et à côté une plaque à induction. Donc si vous voulez cuisiner avec plus de 2 casseroles, l'induction ne suffit pas. Magnifique poêle de masse qui permet de belles flambées et facile d'utilisation. Un mode d'emploi très bien fait est fourni. Sauna à bois ce qui est plus agréable que le sauna électrique, super odeur de bois. On n'y prête pas attention sur le plan mais il faut passer par la terrasse donc l'extérieur pour aller du séjour à la salle de bain et wc. Cela se fait très bien même la nuit :) par -15°. C'est original et on se sent encore plus en Finlande !! Accessoires de cuisine en nombre suffisant, bonne literie. Rideaux occultants à toutes les fenêtres. On s'y sent bien. Nous recommandons ! 😊

Es war noch schöner, als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten- wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum, die Umgebung genauso... Es war eine tolle, friedliche Auszeit für uns!
