Spacious, Air Conditioner, Few Minutes to the Castle

This is a beautiful elegant apartment with hardwood floors and antique furniture. There are 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with king-size bed and private terrace/ patio, second bedroom with two twin beds that can become a king-size bed and with direct access to the big terrace, the third bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined if necessary. There is plenty of closet space, ideal for six . A cot and a high chair are available upon request, for no extra charge. It has two bathrooms, both with a new big shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living area, and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy dining and sunbathing. The large wraparound terrace is furnished with dining table, eight chairs, and three long chairs. The garden belongs to the condominium but rarely there are other people ( only 5 apartments and 4 of them are rarely occupied ). You can enjoy the garden and pick the ripe fruit directly from the trees , in season. The care taker will be available for informations regarding the house and the area. The property is located 5 minutes walking distance from the center of town, which is home to a number of great shops, restaurants, markets, a pharmacy, and beaches. It is also 3 minutes from the cable car. We can arrange taxi from and to the airport or other destinations. The house has 1 parking space included in the price. An additional parking can be purchase for 40€/week. This is a perfect place for guests that needs peace and yet it is a very easy, short walk to the center of town.

Naviglio Grande Views from a Chic Studio

Retreat to a tranquil living space in the heart of Italy’s fashion capital after exploring the sights. The flat is a big wide space of 32 square meters with a double bed and a sofa bed that turns into a second double bed. It had en-suite bathroom with shower. We are renovating it right now. Our 60 mq apartment is brand new: it’s been totally renewed and furnished! It's made with a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a double comfortable sofa/twin-bed. The two rooms are well separated by two doors and the toilet is in between. The flat is calm, cozy and perfect for couples, family with kids (we know well what you need!) and business people.
