Battersea Park Comfortable room

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. The room is on the first floor ( single guest with standard double 4ft6” x 6ft 3” bed) , shared bathroom. Light use of the kitchen. The washing machine used with permission. No breakfast provided. The room is at the rear and can be noisy with the station and trains from 5.30am till 12pm. The house is situated near a tube, 2 train stations and numerous buses. Please note I have a “Firm” cancellation policy and no room keys.

Only 15 min tube ride to the centre and very well connected to any London areas. This room is bright and cozy, with coffee and tea station, south facing & overlooking our garden. A place to step back and replenish. You will enjoy a colourful, fully equipped kitchen and a charming garden with a pond. Basic breakfast items and oat milk are also offered to all guests

Double bedroom in a beautiful recently refurbished 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor, peaceful and quiet location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips.

Double Private room Forest Hill. Easy City reach

Forest Hill has a village feel. My place is within walking proximity to Sainsburys store, where you can buy essentials. Costa & Superdrugs, or Costa & Kfc are here too. Hornimans Museum & gardens Tesco Express are up the road. I am 8 minutes walk from the station and up a hill. You’ll love my place because of the quiet location, yet access is easy. Forest Hill station is (Zone 3). Bus stops are close by. We also have a library and leisure centre. There’s communal parking if you drive.

Airy spacious guest suite on the ground floor of our family home central to all major tourist attractions with excellent transport links . Close to the Art College and King's College Hospital. The house is in a very quiet street but minutes away from all the amenities of the high street where you will find lots of interesting restaurants, cafes and bars. Its a comfortable retreat to relax in and feel at home. Guests will have their own key into their private suite.

Lovely home in East Dulwich

We have two lovely and comfortable double rooms in our much loved home. Ours is very much a loved and lived in space. It is clean and tidy, warm, bright, light and has a large garden to enjoy in the warmer months, with patio, decking, outside table and chairs and Kadai BBQ. The house is well-equipped for all your sleeping, bathing and cooking needs. We love our home and its accesibility to wonderful local attractions as well as it's easy access into central London.

The largest room in the house, with two (double-glazed) windows. Two shared bathrooms between three rooms. Fastest fibre optic broadband (wifi) included. Flatscreen TV including sky sports and all channels. . New super King bed. Incredible fast travel to Central London 9 mins to London Bridge (Tower of London etc) 17 mins Charing X (Big Ben etc). Most useful accessories provided so you don't have to bring them.

Double Room, Hackney, East London -Vaccinated Host

This is the ideal place if you want to experience a real London living experience. Enjoy a cosy double bedroom in trendy Hackney (zone 2). Less than 5 min walk to Clapton train station and bus links into the city. Great pubs and restaurants in walking distance. There is paid street parking but if you let me know in advance I can get visitors vouchers for you at a better rate.

The artist's townhouse

Beautiful artist house, spacious, full of character and lots of natural light. It is located in zone 2, very well connected to Central London through the overground, local trains and buses. This 3 bedroom house sleeps six people. Two of the rooms have king size beds (European) while the third bedroom features the television and a sofa bed.
