In the summer months the property offers a fire pit with chairs, covered patio with dining and grilling area as well as a large porch overlooking the lake, perfect for taking in a sunrise. A private dock is available for you to pull your own boat up to. Public launch is located less than a mile away. Winter months offer a quiet tranquil retreat.

Bring your boat, kayaks or paddle boards to take advantage of all that Long Lake has to offer. Located only 7 miles from Alpena it’s only a short drive in to town to explore all that Alpena has to offer.
