Farmhouse annex with huge garden!

Relax with the family in our beautiful, 400-year old farmhouse in the South Hams in Devon. Now with logburner! We are 5 mins from Totnes, but in the countryside with plenty of space for kids to play in and with some lovely walks on our doorstep. The beach is 15 mins away and there is easy access to the South Hams, Dartmoor, Torquay & Paignton on the English Riviera. The Air BnB is part of our own house, but with a separate front & back door and doors separating your part of the house from ours.

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
