There are two shared bathrooms - so no waiting - and a pretty south facing back yard for when the sun comes out. (which in Manchester it sometimes does!) You will have full use of the kitchen, lounge and dining room and access to a washing machine. We live with two little dogs, two cats and a rabbit!
