Simons place is great. Its ecerything there you need. Kitchen, tv, big terrace and also a soundbar for music. My stay there was relaxed even we had bad weather for 2 days. There is a restaurant next to his place. If you order seafood there ask for the prize before you order, otherwise you will get mad when they bring the bill. Will go there again in simons place. I come there as a guest and go as a friend

Very comfortable townhouse for both short-term and long-term stays. The house has everything you need to cook. Nice gifts upon check-in and check-out in the form of fruits, cookies and sweets. Drinking water is brought as needed for free. Bed linen is changed upon request. The mattress is comfortable. It was comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner works quite quietly. Wi-Fi was normal. The shower has hot water, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Very friendly and helpful hosts. They respond quickly in the chat and resolve all issues. They also helped me rent a motorbike for a month with a big discount. Grocery and food can be bought 5-7 minutes walk from the house. In my opinion, this is the best place to live in Odiongan. I liked everything. I highly recommend it.

Kasha was absolutely amazing, a true superhost! We loved every moment of our stay at her place. It’s incredibly peaceful and beautiful a perfect escape from the crowds of Boracay. We originally booked just one night, but ended up extending because we didn’t want to leave. The staff were all professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. The food? Easily the best we’ve had in the Philippines. Honestly, 10/10. I’ll be recommending Kasha and her place to everyone I know. Thank you for everything! Lazar

The house was perfect for our Boracay family vacation. The house was clean, and the rooms were just the right size for our group of 10. Veronica, who was overseeing the house, was extremely helpful. She helped us get tricycles into town and took care of any requests. The groundskeeper constantly kept the outdoor spaces and pool clean. It was just a few-minute walk to a less crowded beach, and you can walk along the shore to the main beaches. As mentioned in other reviews, the walk from the gate to the house can be challenging for the elderly or anyone with foot/knee issues. Overall, I recommend and would stay three again.
