The accommodation is independent on the ground floor with private entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room + toilet, 1 equipped kitchen + dining area, 1 terrace. The pool and garden are shared with my family, we live on the 1st floor of the house. Restrictions for everyone's peace: no parties, no children, no pets, non-smoking accommodation.
