If you are into ATV and off-roading, there are 100's of miles of trails to ride straight out the front driveway. The home currently has two queen beds and a queen air mattress. These views can be comfortably enjoyed while sitting in a screened in patio area with plenty of seating and ceiling fans.

Relax with the whole family on 26,000-acre Lake Istokpoga. This lake is one of the best for fishing, boating, watching sunsets, and observing wildlife, but NOT for swimming (alligators ecosystem). A public boat ramp is located about 2 miles from the property. The house is located on 1 private acre and has a beautiful view of the lake from one side of the property. The house has Wi-Fi that is adequate for accessing the internet, but NOT for streaming videos or playing online games. No cable.
