Loved this Villa we had a group of 5 everybody had there own room. Pictures are accurate pool was clean host was very friendly & responsive he also provided chargers, refrigerator was loaded with all types of beverages. House was equipped with an alarm system for safety we felt very safe in this location. We had a wonderful stay.

Wow, where do I even begin? Our stay at The Cliff was truly unforgettable. Everything about this condo exceeded our expectations. The listing was 100% accurate, but honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The space is even more beautiful in person! Spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely breathtaking, and having the beach right at our footsteps was a dream come true. The pool was pristine and relaxing, and we loved that Mullet Bay was just a short walk away. We also felt incredibly safe the entire time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special shout-out to Joe, the host—he was AMAZING! So friendly, helpful, and always just a message away. You can tell he genuinely cares about your experience. I would 100% stay here again and again.

We just returned from our third time at this property, which says it all. It is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Extremely clean and well equipped, and a five minute walk to restaurants and less than ten to a wonderful beach. The owners and their representative, Carla, are extremely responsive if you need something. Of course, we are booking for next year.

The property is even more beautiful than the photos show! We were so happy here - it could not have been better. Super clean, not a thing out of place, and thoughtfully provided amenities like sunscreen, toiletries, and a nicely stocked fridge when we arrived! Simona helped me navigate booking when we wanted to change from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bed unit, and was completely responsive throughout. She even reached out to let me know late checkout was available if we needed it! Easy to follow instructions provided for the security gates, etc. A perfect host, a fabulous property... created a memorable vacation stay. 10 out of 10 and many thanks, Simona.

Great location, host and overall experience.

Veronique was so friendly and helpful. She recommended a local car rental agency that picked us up at the airport and brought us directly to Le Colibri and our rental car, saving us the worry of navigating roads and finding our vacation home. The area was quiet at night and Veronique provided amenities such as beach towels and a small cooler that were very useful and saved us the trouble of obtaining/bringing these items ourselves. She checked in a few times and we relied on her recommendations which were all good.

The condo was so close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved it there! The beds were comfortable, the ac worked well! It is our plan to return!

Awesome home with a relaxing feel, unbelievable views and very comfortable setting for 8 people. This is our second stay and can’t wait to come back again. Every bedroom has a picturesque view and sunrises are beautiful. There is ample room for everyone with multiple outdoor seating areas and a huge pool deck. Maayke is a great host who was super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Absolutely recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation.

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

Alan, who is from SBH (a local), went out of his way to accommodate our stay. The views are incredible and location ideal. The provided booklet had all the info we needed as first time visitors of the island. The 2BR and bathrooms are spacious and super clean. Small personal touches were included (like teacups for my toddler girls). The Ride (surfer) theme is true to Alan’s spirit. We felt very cozy here. The pool was clean as well. I would definitely come back and stay here. Me and my family loved our stay.

Kathy is truly an all-star host who thought about every detail. There was ice in the freezer and a few beverages in the refrigerator when we arrived after a long travel day. We had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. We really appreciated the cooler, freezer packs, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Kathy is super knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations during our stay. She has a packet available when you arrive that will provide information for just about anything you might need to know or want to do during your visit. We enjoyed Kathy’s interesting furnishings and accent pieces as well as the outdoor patio area. The outdoor shower was nice to have too, to rinse off after a day at the beach. The market next door was an awesome convenience that we absolutely loved and used daily. There was a really nice variety of supplies available and we cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely visit again & I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

A great stay with Angelo as always. He is very accommodating of anything you need and the apartment is very comfortable. Look forward to my next trip back.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Nathalie, Gilles and their property manager Dominique were all extremely helpful, friendly and communicative. As for the property it’s a walk away to the beach, shops and a ton of amazing restaurants. We rented a car, but we probably didn’t need to as everything we needed was so close by. It was our first time on the island and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Isabelle’s property came even better than advertised and Isabelle was a very gracious hostess from pre-arrival throughout our stay. Incredible views of the bay in the evening, and can even see St Barth in the distance when clear. The property had all the comforts of home (US) with the charm of St. Martin. I sent Isabelle a couple of messages for local recommendations during our visit and she was quick and helpful with her responses. Merci beaucoup for a wonderful stay!!

The pool is such a beautiful oasis !

We staued at Isabelle's for a month snd by the time we left it felt like home. The neighborhood of Oyster Pomd is welcoming with several small but excellent restaurants within an easy walk. There is also a locsl market to pick up fresh bread and other items. Dawn beach is a quick drive. The unit was clean and provided plenty of room for my husband and I as well as space.for our daughter and three friends when they visited. We contacted Isabelle once because the microwave wasnt working and Maxime quickly replaced it with a new one. The one drawback, and only for when we had six people, was that the ad says two bathrooms which is true but there's only one toilet and it oa separate from the bathrooms. It required a bit of planning in the mornings and getting ready to go out out but it was manageable. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend.

Beautiful home and stunning views/surroundings. The apartment is on the lower floor of the owners house but it is very private. You get private use of the swimming pool and separate access down to the apartment. There were monkeys in the garden which was amazing! The only thing was there were lots of moskitos but the bed has a netting around it so you are safe. After a couple of days with some spray and plugs the moskitos stayed out of course with the doors closed. There is a microwave, sink and fridge, no stove or oven. Out of the way of the main town but super easy to get there by car. Ideally, you need a car to get to the property or taxi. Fantastic stay. Thank you
