This penthouse with an elevator is situated on third beach line, approx. 100 m. from the beach, 200 m. from the train station. Restaurants & cafes and grocery store around the corner. 1 double bed, 180 cm, extra bed to role out 80 cm x 200 cm in the living room, a sofa, can accommodate a child under 150 cm. Full functional kitchen as well as dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hairdryer.

I want you to feel at home, the apartment is in the neighborhood of Los Boliches, 150 meters from the beach and close to downtown , with all kinds of services around you; bars, restaurants, bakeries , supermarkets, bus , elevator, air conditioning. It is very bright with a kitchen open to the living room,with a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. It also has a beautiful terrace ready to relax . Studio 100m from beach, restaurants and centre

Studio apartment: 25m2 + 6m2 terrace, close to everything: 85 meters to Paseo maritimo, 100meters to beach, 120 meters to Marina and 200meters to nightlife, but the apartment is very peaceful and quiet. In the days when you feel tired for exploring all the restaurants and new things, you can stay indoors and enjoy the cozy, homely feeling of the studio, do some cooking or watch your home television channels or your Netflix subscription, because we have Chromecast TV.
