Studio located in the center of Playa De Las Américas 150 meters from the beach overlooking the sea and island of La Gomera.(sixth floor). On the same side of the central bus station and at a distance view of SIAM PARK and MAGMA convention center. Restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Studio with sea view, very comfortable sofa bed and extra bed (possible child). Bathroom shower tray, American kitchen with all the utensils to cook ceramic glass 2 fires microwave fridge. Flat screen television national and international channels, DVD ,air conditioning. Terrace with table and chairs and clothesline. I am a tourist guide of the Canary Islands so I can inform you of all places of interest on the island(s) . As well as booking rental cars and /or excursions. My wife Toom ,from Thailand is a therapist and can on request in a place near the pool conditioned for the purpose of giving oriental massages at much more affordable prices than in the massage and wellness centers of the hotels. And why not for a special evening a typical Thai dinner catering!!!! The south of Tenerife has the eternal spring you can stay all year with very pleasant temperatures. Community pool,parking and garden area.

Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

New studio in front of Las Vistas beach just two steps from the beach and the Golden Mile of Playa de las Americas ( about 30meters). Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Fully equipped lovely studio in complex "Castle Harbour" with heated pool, with high speed WiFi up to 100 mBt/s, small kitchen ( microvawe owen, electric stove, kettle, toster, all necessary utensils), hair dryer, iron with iron-board, safe, bed linen, towels, nice view to heated pool and bar. Ocean with promenade 14 minutes to go. Bars, karaoke, restaurants, supermarkets in walking distance (2-5 minutes). Ideal for couples.
