Everything was impeccable, from the first day he answered all our concerns without any problems. clear instructions on how to get there. and the best was when arriving at the place. Carolina welcomed us with incredible kindness, it made us feel at home, a former host. The cabins as seen in the photos, beautiful and comfortable with incredible views. If you are looking for tranquility and enjoying the natural environment, it is the place. We stayed up to try the homemade breakfast, but what we did try and recommend are homemade biscuits, a delicacy. Thank you for everything Carolina. we will surely be seeing each other again. Fantastic view. You could sit for days just watching. This was a very unique experience and within walking distance to anything you’d want to see in Castro.

The place was beautiful, Jaime was excellent host and very attentive. The place is spotless, very clean, fair and accurate the decor and all the comforts of the place. I would definitely go home again. Pepe is an excellent company to go down to see the estuary.

Enrique was a super friendly host and the room was very comfy, well equipped and clean. We can totally recommend coming here!

It is very clean and welcoming Andrea ready to solve questions at the moment . Nice and quiet sector , close to supermarket and business. 100% recommended by the cabin and its owner . Andrea, thank you so much for everything , for sure when we come back it will be at your cabin !

The cabin was very comfortable and beautiful, it had everything you need and a unique view! Aracely was very attentive to our stay and made sure we didn't get cold by leaving us firewood. It's totally worth staying there!!! My dad and I were delighted!!!!

Puerto Montt is a city that is a little unsafe and requires attention to go out at night, but the building was a little far from the center and it was a relatively safe area.There was an observation deck nearby, and the night view was beautiful.The host was very attentive, prohibiting fried food in the room, and promised not to leave after throwing away garbage, but the room, kitchen, and amenities were fully equipped and very clean.The only problem was that when the two people took a shower in a row, the hot water system was not in time for the warm water and it was cold in the second half.Other than that, there was no problem at all, it was very comfortable.
