Ce petit coin de paradis offre 4 chambres spacieuses . 2 salles de bain avec douche 2 WC séparés. Notre maison d'habitation devenue trop spacieuse mais toute équipée. Accès au extérieur et parc clôturé et arboré, partager avec nous et présence de notre chatte sur place.

You can hike or discover the beautiful Dordogne, the landscapes of the Lot or simply take a trip to the pretty Briviste market. Come and recharge your batteries in this small fully-equipped idyllic place Nearby a gourmet restaurant, a pizza truck every Wednesday evening in the central square, don't panic if you forget bread, our baker has installed a machine nearby.

At the entrance to the Haut Allier Valley. 45 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and Puy-en-Velay. Great area for hiking, fishing, swimming + whitewater sports. Numerous tours within a radius of 30 km max. Preserved setting. Old holiday village on a hillside by the Allier (beach below). Warning: NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY (steps to access the accommodation itself on several levels). €5 per extra guest. Baby crib on request.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family with its 3 bedrooms . It has an enclosed terrace with a blind . Dishwasher , washing machine. Bed linens and towels are provided . Attention there are stairs in the house and to access it. Not suitable for people with disabilities . Very quiet and pedestrian residence with the beach around the corner . Hiking and mountain biking at the foot of the residence .

10x4 heated pool from April 19, 2025 until the end of September 2025. Old tobacco dryer typical of the Dordogne, completely renovated in 2021, ideally located in the Golden Triangle of Périgord Noir. This cottage has a private garden and a 10x4 heated pool. It is located in our 3 ha estate "Les Temps des Sources" in the heart of nature and with our pond and beach. (please read the description in full) Ispagnac is a simple and beautiful village, at the entrance to the Tarn Gorges, in the heart of Unesco Causses and Cevennes world heritage site, classified as a starry sky reserve. The river is a stone's throw away and the house is on a beautiful cobblestone street. The studio is on the ground floor of our renovated house 2022.
