We are located in the historical Beauregard Town in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge and 2.6 miles to LSU's Tiger Stadium. Located adjacent to the campus of University of Louisiana at Monroe & just down the driveway from our beautiful dock. It has one KING bed and one SINGLE bed/couch.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is located on a 34 acre homestead/farm. This sweet tiny home faces a quaint pond (seasonally the pond is shallow and less visible) with beautiful trees and wildlife surrounding it. The well lit space is perfect for almost any occasion. A quick getaway, a peaceful space to practice your art form, or a lovely place to unwind and recharge. This thoughtful space has two lofted bedrooms (not totally private from the rest of the tiny house). A cook friendly kitchen!

Bayou Teche Cottage

Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Light breakfast items, coffee, milk, and juice provided. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.
