A large, heated, salt-water swimming pool compliments the villa and the surrounding lush gardens filled with endemic plants, flowers and fruit trees lead to two shaded large pergolas, a stone BBQ and a private path to the sea. The villa interior comprises of fully equipped kitchen and living room and one large en suite bedroom on the ground floor. Three more bedrooms, all en suite, are located on the first floor, each with their own large balcony. On the lower ground floor there is a sauna, hammam and steam/jet shower, a small gym and utility area, leading out to lawn gardens. On this floor, the fifth bedroom is in an annex with independent entrance, comprising of one en suite bedroom, and a small kitchen and terrace with breakfast table and chairs. Large glass doors leading to outdoor veranda and heated pool. First floor Office corner with desktop computer, internet, book library. Three en-suite bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with queen size beds. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a private spacious balcony with sea views. Lower floor Small laundry room. Spa and gym room with Jacuzzi bathtub and power jet massage shower,sauna and a sauna shower enclosure, training bicycle and training weight bench. Large glass doors leading to the villa’s private grass garden. On this floor, in Villa Daphne, the fifth bedroom is located in an annex with independent entrance, comprising of one en suite bedroom, and a small kitchen, terrace and breakfast table with chairs. Pool dimensions: 4m. x 10m., Deep end: 1.70m., Shallow end: 1.30m. Pool can be heated in early and late season months ( small supplement applies for pool heating, please inquire).
