Great place, just like in the pictures. Loved the additional items like books, games. It has everything you need. Very responsive host, we arrived late but he still messaged me back to answer my question. When visiting Vienna I will definitely come back here again 😁

Great experience, the house is really nice and also bigger than it looks in the photo. Nearby is the tram stop, which runs very often until midnight and a half. Also convenient to get from the airport with the S7 line. The only downside was the towels provided were really very small and ruined.

Pietro’s apartment offers a charming Viennese experience due to the aging apartment, combined with stylish touch sue to the interior objects and spacious and bright rooms. The location is ideal, not right in the city center but close to it with perfect tram connections. The neighborhood offers multiple options for dining out, breakfast and cafe bars. Our favorite place is just 80 meters from the apartment, called Cafe Weimar. For elderly people it’s worth mentioning that the apartment is on the second floor without elevator.

Everything fit, communication with Marc, the organization on arrival and departure, the central yet very quiet location of the apartment. I didn't have to buy culinary basics (oil, salt, sugar, coffee) for a few days, was allowed to use everything from Marc. The mattress of the single bed is super comfy, the small carpet in the living room was the yoga mat for me in the morning:) We'd love to come back!

We really enjoy our stay at Victoria's comfy and tastefully furnished apartment. Good beds and a quiet neighbourhood had us sleep like babies. There 's a few good breakfast places close by, perfect to start the day. And a lively district on the other side of Währinger Strasse subway stop if you feel like having dinner nearby to finish your day trip. Highly recommended:)

Really nice and spacious apartment with clear instructions on how you can find your way in the accommodation. The matras was a bit hard, but all the other utilities were in order. It was also nice to have a 'real' airB&B instead of one that's run by an organisation.

The house is a true gem, quiet, calm location, very well furnished and equipped, modern, clean... all you need is there to immediately feel at home. Wolfgang is a very friendly host, quick to answer and very helpful. The area is a little remote, so you´ll need a car for getting around, but this is exactly what we were looking for, so from our perspective this is also a big plus :-) Next time in Vienna, we´d be happy to come back.

Beautifully restored mill with a lot of love for detail! We were guests in the area after my wedding party and were certainly a not quite simple group to coordinate in advance. Although almost all of them arrived separately and there were some short-term cancellations from guests, Isabella and Marion were always friendly and super organized!! Thank you very much for that! The rooms were really nice and very clean. Richig has also delighted us with the vital breakfast with a huge selection and beautifully prepared. I would definitely book this one! Next time we'll come to you for a long time.

My family and I stayed 6 nights for New Year's Eve at the fantastic Haus di Sabine and Pablo and we had a really great time! They are two hosts with fiocchi: very friendly, friendly and available to answer any of our questions! Check-in and check-out were extremely easy to do and the location of the house is all in all convenient to the city of Vienna, the main destination of our vacation. We moved by car and took about 30 minutes to get to the city. The Haus also has a parking space and is surrounded by lots of greenery and lots of animals! It is a place characterized by considerable tranquility, perfect for those who want to enjoy a vacation away from the chaos of the city. We look forward to coming back!!

Very nice house with no direct neighbors close to the Semmering. Optimal for a few days enjoying the peace or hiking (were there in summer). We were 10 friends and that was no problem for the hosts either. So everything was explained to us well and the house checked again before our arrival. Also during check-in and check-out you were flexible. All around we were happy and it met our expectations :)

We were allowed to be a guest with our two boys (12 and 8 years old) for 3 weeks and were or are enthusiastic. The large garden with great pool and two terraces is a real gem in the middle of the city. You can walk to the cathedral in 5-10 minutes. Supermarkets are around the corner. The house - where nothing is missing (an entire closet full of board games can be found as well as a shelf full of books and DVDs) - is perfect for exploring the area. We were on the Schneeberg, on the Raxalpe, in the Hermannshöhle, at Forchenstein Castle, in Laxenburg, on the Vienna Prater, in the center of Vienna and did not drive once more than 45 minutes. From Wiener Neustadt train station, you can drive 35 minutes to Vienna CENTRAL STATION. Manfred, who welcomed us, is super nice and responded immediately and politely to questions. We will be happy to come back!

Max was a lovely host, and the flat is perfect for one or two people.

A most enjoyable stay! The location was perfect, with everything you need only about 15 minutes away by subway. All in all we were completely satisfied.

Ilona is a very friendly and responsive host. Her place is beautiful and spotless. 5 mins in feet from the Metro station. Highly recommended.

Great apartment with everything you may need. It has a real espresso machine and a perfect bookshelf with top-notch geopolitics and psychology shortlist. We read those books during all our stay in Vienna and it even competed against Viennese art galleries time... :))

The apartment was very nice, everything was clean and it had all the things and amenities that were listed. The host is also great and communicative, he was responsive and gave me clear instructions and answered all my questions. Check-in went smoothly and there were no problems. If you arrive by car and you plan on parking there, keep in mind that you’ll be paying additional 20€/per night. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but when I asked about it, I was told to reserve my parking space for this price.

The apartment is very nice and also very quiet. In summer, it is pleasantly shady. We especially enjoyed the balcony for breakfast! Only the stairs to the loft bed are quite steep, but it has a railing

The apartment was perfect! Very cosy, clean and enough space for big families. It was also very warm in the apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped. I can really recommend it and the host, Ilija, everything was easy going with him. We will for sure go once again.
