Our wonderful townhouse is brandnew and built with love and care. Located in one of my favorite districts of Vienna and close to Schönbrunn (castle, garden and zoo). The townhouse is easy to reach via public transport (or taxi) from Airport, Bus- and Trainstation. Subway is a 5 minute walk and takes you the main shopping street in 2 stops; to the heart of Vienna (old town) in 6 stops. I am happy to help you with all the details or information you need. The refuge (we also use this ourselves) invites you to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy. On the first floor, you will find a spacious, light-flooded living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including wine cooler. The double doors open here to the sun terrace with a small natural garden. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. One of the rooms also has a charming gallery as a retreat.

The house is characterized by a fantastic quiet location with a view of Lake Neusiedl and offers an incomparable atmosphere in connection with the beautiful surroundings of the UNESCO "Cultural Landscape Lake Neusiedl". The house has 2 bedrooms and a 60 sqm terrace with a fantastic view over the vineyards. There is a 600 sqm private plot with a small private vineyard available. The house is partly air conditioned and modernly furnished.

Hetzendorf Castle Terraced House

Charming accommodation with a direct view of the Schlosspark Hetzendorf. The Schlosspark Schönbrunn (Zoo/Gloriette) is in the immediate vicinity and on foot. Enjoy Vienna, in this cozy townhouse, which is prepared for up to 8 people. In just 2 minutes you can reach the next tram/ bus station (25min directly to the center/ opera or in less than 10 minutes to the next subway, U4/ U6)
