The Beloved Chateau is a guest suite in a character house in Adamstown. You will relax in a hot tub, enjoy a comfortable bed with a newly renovated, modern bathroom. The tv is a 55 inch TV with access to your personal streaming accounts. Whether you like to hike, shop for antiques in town, or enjoy a restful evening in, it is perfect for couples searching for a restful overnight stay. The room is fully independent from the rest of our house. It has a private entrance with NO shared space.

Come for a perfect weekend getaway or a week of family vacation! Our retreat is located just around the corner from the State Hill boat launch. At the boat launch enjoy free parking in a large lot with access to the Lake Border Trail! Drive a few minutes and you’ll be at the free parking lot for the Swim Beach!

Hobby farm with horse barn, outside patio, and extensive gardens, located on an 8-acre private setting surrounding 600 acres of preserved farmland. This farm is a true nature retreat and an ideal location for horse lovers who can enjoy the local trail riding. The gardens are carefully maintained so every guest can breathe in the beauty of the seasonal flowers. Four Oaks is a few minutes away from Blue Marsh Lake for all boating enthusiasts and 2 miles away from Clover Hill Winery.

Historic Amish homestead Barn loft apartment

The Nicholas Stoltzfus Homestead is the oldest restored Amish property in Berks County, bought by Immigrant Nicholas Stoltzfus (ancestor of all Stoltzfus descendants in America) in 1771. You will be staying in a peaceful and cozy barn loft apartment with a private entrance beside the stone house. You can enjoy the flower gardens and birds, tour the house, take a bike ride or picnic on the lawn. Adjacent to the property is the Union Canal Towpath on the Tulpehocken Creek.

Gruber Homestead Settler's Cabin

The cabin is the original Settler's Cabin on the Gruber Homestead settled in 1737 by Henrich Gruber. The restoration combines the originality of the cabin with the modern amenities that make this a unique and comfortable getaway experience. Located on a rural property of 28 acres in Berks County, PA. Miniature donkeys and horses graze the pastures and add to the charm of the cabin. No pets allowed.

The Summer Kitchen

Quaint, 1-bedroom, cottage built as a summer kitchen for the original farmhouse in 1740. First floor is an open concept with new appliances in the kitchen and a cozy living area with loveseat and dining table. Upstairs is the bedroom with a quaint full bathroom, featuring a shower (no bath option) with new flooring. *Please see house rules for non-negotiables, fees, etc. *

Its beautiful timber framework, high steel beams for suspension, and glass front makes for the perfect retreat.
