Vacation rentals in Lower Quinton

Considering we only booked a few hours before we stayed in order to break up our jouney home, we dropped onto an absolute gem. Stunning location, beautiful house and a very friendly welcoming host. Will definitely be revisting in the future for longer!

We had a fantastic stay at The Old Dairy. It’s a cosy, comfortable cottage with loads of character, attached to the impressive Painswick House. The gardens are beautifully kept and the whole place feels really special. The location is ideal - right on the Cotswold Way and a short walk into Painswick. We followed Victoria’s tip and ate at The Woolpack in Slad twice. Great food and you can walk there in about an hour, which makes for a lovely route with a pint at the end. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped I’ve seen in a rental, with everything from spices to foil, scales, and proper utensils. Much appreciated for a lover of cooking. Victoria is a fantastic host and really thoughtful. The welcome hamper and freshly baked scones were such a nice touch. Would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the Cotswolds.

Ally's place exceeded our expectations. This is about the only rental we've used that we would enjoy living in for an extended period. Modern and very well-equipped space. Had everything needed for first-day breakfast, along with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Ally kept in touch to make sure we had all we needed.

A lovely cottage that was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for 7 of us and great to have 3 shower/bathrooms and 2 dining areas, so there was room to spread out. The garden was an extra bonus for the children. Great Rissington is a really charming village and within half an hours drive of lots of attractions for both adults and children. Good to have The Lamb pub just down the road. Would recommend.

This is a terrific place, great location, great ambience, everything you need, right in the heart of Stow. It's a small place tucked into the attic space so there's a few quirks. If it was my place, I'd do better than a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom, something better than a see-through blind on the skylight right over the bed, and somewhere, anywhere, to hang a towel in the bathroom (simple hook over the shower screen?). Not to mention the kitchen drawer that only opens when the oven door is open! But as a guest, if these things are likely to bother you you're not reading this, you've already booked a hotel somewhere with the tour groups. Instead you've got a place full of character in a top location. Overall this was a great Cotswolds stay. We loved it. Highly recommended.

We were 4 couples staying for one night. The house is lovely, with a nice design and a very comfortable stay. The location is good, very close to Bicester Village and just a 30 minute drive to Oxford. There’s convenient parking right in front of the house. We’d definitely come back if we visit the area again.
