It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

A quiet neighborhood in the middle of the lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits of roe deer, deer and rabbits. At the same time, it is close to the center (10 minutes on foot). If you are looking for a place where you are close to everywhere, you have come to the perfect place. Villa Alpina is located in the very center of Szklarska Poręba, very close to the ski lift to Szrenica (5 minutes on foot), Netto shop (5 minutes), children's slopes (2 minutes). From the windows there is a view of Szrenica. Each room has a bathroom and a kitchenette. You will find balconies on every floor except the attic rooms. Around the building we have parking spaces, which is quite a phenomenon!
