This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. In the village there is a riding stable with flexible riding opportunities for guests, including children. Swimming opportunities in Arendsee and Gartow.

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Euer Zuhause: Ein lichtdurchflutetes gemütliches Apartment über den Dächern der Altstadtinsel. In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

Biologically energetically restored outbuilding in a beautiful location on the outskirts of the village, wonderful view with passing partridges, pheasants, hares and horses grazing in the distance. The terrace invites you to listen to the concert of the birds of a huge oak tree and offers enough space to enjoy the night around a fire bowl. Clay walls, wooden floors, tiles with underfloor heating and a fireplace make the house a beautiful place in any season.

Relax on the small pony farm

Genießt eine tolle Zeit auf unserem privaten Hof mit unseren Pferden/Ponys. Es stehen euch je nach Gästeanzahl zwei oder drei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, eine kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne zur Verfügung. The spacious farmhouse, renovated in 2024, is in a quiet location and can accommodate up to 6 people. All rooms are located on the ground floor and are barrier-free. From the kitchen you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, which offers sufficient privacy. The large property is shared with the hostess. The large garden with seating areas and the pool (depending on the weather) are available. The place offers variety for a relaxing vacation.

At ground level, on 31 square meters, this apartment is perfect for couples or singles who want to explore the Wendland and its special features. Surrounded by the historic Rundling, the farmhouse is surrounded by listed buildings and lots of nature.

Freut euch auf einen großen Garten mit Obstbäumen, Sauna, Feuertonne und viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit inmitten der Natur. Ein Ort zum Durchatmen, Abschalten und Ankommen.

The property is located on the edge of the pretty small town of Lüchow. The apartment on the upper floor of our house offers space to feel good. I live with my husband and our dog (shepherd mix, male, 7 years old) on the first floor of the house. The apartment has a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room (sofa bed for 2 people) and a balcony. A crib can also be used, which we provide upon request.
