75 JCK was a perfect get away for me and my friends this weekend. The place was private, very quiet neigborhood, and pristine scenery. The host Jan was very responsive and considerate. I also commend Kuya Balbas, the Caretaker who was very accommodating and gave a great tour of the place. Definitely well recommended!

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. The place is absolutely beautiful—even though the house is a bit old, it really keeps that peaceful countryside vibe. It’s incredibly quiet and relaxing; all you can hear are the sounds of birds and rustling leaves. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cooking materials and utensils. The rooms are spacious, and so are the dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms—all the facilities are functional. There’s access to the lake, and we really enjoyed hanging out on the raft. The backyard is stunning—perfect for outdoor meals, surrounded by trees and plants, with super fresh air. The owner and caretakers were very accommodating. Our 3-day stay wasn’t enough. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Probably the best bang for the buck you can find for 20 to 30 pax that has a private pool and around a 3 min walk from the beach. Some minor hiccups but you get more than what you pay for - the family clan and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Franzel was very accommodating. We were traveling from Bicol and we were extremely tired from the long hours of driving. she was very helpful and courteous. She also helped me find my wallet when I left it inside the bedroom and had patiently waited for me to come back and retrieve it. She was an all star host! Thank you for letting my family stay in your humble unit.

Been here a couple of times already, and it's still the best around the area. It never failed to amaze my friends whom i've invited. The place is really worth every penny.

The place is nice and accurate as per pictures. They are great and accommodating. Going there, make sure you use google maps and follow the pin they placed in the picture.

The place was very cozy and peaceful at night. I wish that the bedroom in the middle has an aircon, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. The host was very understanding and very responsive. Will definitely go back next time.

I recently stayed at Hills Studio and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. Directions to the place can be clearer. Suggest it can be part of the confirmation upon booking. But over-all great place, host is very responsive. Place is good for the price.

The family loved the comfortable, tranquil, and beautifully designed home. We'll come with yoga mats and instructor next time to make the most of the peaceful surroundings and view of Mt. Banahaw.

The host was very responsive even before I booked the place. The place was easy to find, it's accessibke to public transportation as well. They have welcome snacks. The beds are comfy. We felt safe around the area. It's definitely worth its price. Thank you for hosting us.

It's quite far and secluded but not difficult to find. They were helpful and accommodating to us. Daniella was very responsive and his Dad welcomed us, plus the caretaker Jason procured and cooked fresh, grilled tilapia for us for Good Friday. The lakehouse is awesome and the high-ceiling living room gave us an amazing view of Lake Lumot, both upstairs and downstairs. There's sitting places everywhere outside the house and we enjoyed hanging out on the bamboo raft floating about 15 meters out onto the lake. You can watch the sunrise, the birds roaming about & the moon out there. It's fresh air & tall trees all around - if that's your vibe, because it's pretty much a private sanctuary without TV & other entertainment. Good for a retreat, a simple getaway or maybe just to rest and relax. There's private parking, then a 2-minute (kinda wooded) trail going down to the lakehouse. Use sturdy shoes. I don't advise going there during the rainy days. Sure we loved the place, just bring food.

Very affordable, quiet surroundings and peaceful

sir Vinz was very accommodation to our requests. he assisted my relative throughout our stay. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. he also made sure that a senior citizen was well taken cared of. truly ,very hospitable. salamat po!

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Princess' place. We love the pool so much because it's not that cold even at night. The caretakers are very helpful and there's no hassle finding the place. I think the only comment is , i hope they have microwave nxt time so guests can eat their food still warm. The place is 1hr far from Pililla Rizal so better to get all stuffs you needed before going to the resort like ice and some kitchen essentials for cooking. Host was responsive and easy to talk to. Caretaker was also approachable and accommodating. The place looked more beautiful than the photos.. we are even considering coming back and renting again maybe for a different occassion or an event. The rooms were clean and ACs working really well- this we appreciate so much since its really hot these days. The pool area had great view of two mountains. We were able to take good photos there. pool was big, they have for adult and for children. We’ll definitely recommend this place! it’s also really easy to find especially with Waze!
