Die 75 qm Wohnfläche verteilen sich auf zwei Zimmer, einen großen Flur, Küche, Bad, und zwei Balkone. Die Raumhöhen von etwa 3,10 Metern vermitteln ein großzügiges Raumgefühl. Historische Ausstattungsdetails, wie Kassettentüren, historische Fenster, Lamperien, Holz-Dielen und Zementfliesen sind erhalten. Auf den zwei Balkonen - Süden und Westen – oder dem großzugigen Garten können Sie den Abend oder das Wochenende genießen.
