Very quiet neighborhood overlooking the surroundings of Viveiro and its estuary. Surrounded by nature, 3 km away are the beaches and the village. The cottage is 50m, consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room in the same room, terrace and barbecue. The laundry area is shared, with two washing machines and two clotheslines for each apartment. Parking is not private, you can leave it outside. Restaurant just five minutes from the house. Bread is delivered daily to your doorstep.

The house is equipped with heating, to be used in the winter. Pets are allowed, the house has two cats and two farm dogs very quiet and affectionate. It's a guest house located within our property but totally independent. It's brand new, we finished it in early August 2023.
